Return’s Policy
Nature of Business
We specialise in supplying used and vintage clothing in wholesale quantities, sold by bundles. Please note that we do not offer a handpicking service.
Before placing your order, carefully read all product descriptions and grading details. As all purchases are made on a wholesale basis, we cannot accept returns or complaints relating to style preferences, sizing/fit, or personal views on grading.
Returns & Claims Policy
Reporting an Issue
If you believe your order contains errors or items that do not meet the expected grading, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery by sending us a email (knights.wholesale.clothing.uk@gmail.com) Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- The product(s) and quantity affected
- Clear photographs showing each item in question
Claim Review Process
Our customer service team will review all claims. If items are found to be outside the acceptable grading tolerance for Grade A goods, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Return Conditions
- All returns must be pre-approved before being sent back.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Only Grade A products are eligible for return.
- Grade B and C, items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.
- Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to sender.
