Shop with Confidence – Our Clear Grading System

When buying second-hand clothing, knowing what to expect makes all the difference. That’s why we’ve created a simple, transparent grading system: A, B, and C. Every item is carefully sorted, so you’ll always know the quality before you buy.

Grade A – Excellent / Nearly New

• Top quality: items are in excellent condition, very gently worn, or nearly new.
• Fabrics remain strong, colors vibrant, and prints intact.
• Only the lightest signs of use, if any.
• Perfect for reselling, wearing, or displaying straight away – no extra work required.
• ⚠️ While we sort meticulously, on rare occasions a B-grade piece may slip in. Rest assured, our process is designed to keep Grade A consistently exceptional.

Grade B – Good, Wearable Value

• Clean, wearable pieces that may show minor signs of previous use.
• Could include light fading, small marks, fabric pilling, or a missing button.
• Still perfectly resellable and wearable – often just needing a little TLC.
• Great for everyday wear, budget-conscious shoppers, or resellers seeking higher profit margins from lower-cost stock.
• With a bit of care, some pieces can even be restored closer to Grade A quality.

Grade C – Clearance / Recycling

• Heavily worn clothing not suitable for premium resale.
• May include stains, holes, broken zippers, or heavy fading.
• Popular for upcycling, crafts, textile projects, or recycling.
• The most cost-effective choice for creative buyers looking to repurpose stock.
